Rice County Activity Center provides employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. To provide these services, Rice County Activity Center needs to help your business. RCAC offers 2 service platform options, Community Employment & On-Site Workshop

Community Employment - Workers fill employment needs at your business
Rice County Activity Center will provide 2-3 Workers, staff supervision, and transportation to your business.
RCAC can help your company with light janitorial/office cleaning tasks, laundry, meeting setups, or other routine tasks.

On-Site Workshop Employment - Your company’s project is done in the Rice County Activity Center
This is a great way to outsource your company’s routine, receptive, or one-time projects.
Quality and timely services are provided under the supervision of experienced and dedicated Staff.
Services include, but are not limited to sorting, envelope inserts, packaging, sealing, labeling, shredding, care packaging, simple assembly, and folding.
